Seeking community input

The Downtown Tacoma Partnership and City of Tacoma are thrilled to introduce and distribute 28 new solar e-cube Trashcan Time Machines throughout Downtown Tacoma. 

 

With 12 of the 28 trashcans currently out in the public now, we are seeking community input for the remaining 16 trashcans. It is our hope to share historical stories that represent the diversity of our city and its BIPOC communities correlating to Downtown Tacoma.

Trashcan Time Machine was developed in an effort by the Downtown Tacoma Partnership and City of Tacoma to help make our city as clean and sustainable as possible, while highlighting some of Tacoma’s unique historical events that have taken place downtown over the decades.
